Transformers’19 sessions are a part of Tour of Qatar 2019 by Dr. Rajeev Thomas, an international motivational speaker and management expert and former Head of Business Planning at Qatar Foundation is highly acclaimed and brings with him over 25 years of experience in transformational change for corporates and individuals of all age groups. His mission is to touch a million lives and his focus is on the next generation continually inspiring them to Be The Change.
The sessions which was held in DPS-MIS school touched upon some of the key issues facing the youth as they are caught between the ‘Good’ and the ‘Bad’, and faced with a whole range of ‘new age’ challenges, which side would they take? What skills will equip them to make a positive difference? Transformers ’19 was designed to help in that transformation.
Concluding the session, Amanat Solanki, founder of Mission20 thanked the students, principal & management of DPS-Modern Indian School for the invitation and said “it is one of the best initiatives we are engaged in, me & my team as youth ourselves love going back to the schools & interacting with the students, we feel it as a duty to give back to the students of today as we understand how the world is changing & what is needed to complement the existing education system in the schools, it’s also selfless of Dr. Rajeev to continuously be part of these annual sessions”. During the session, Mission20 also invited the students to join its latest global volunteer program ‘Goodness Force’ which will function in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (www.mission20.org/gf).
