The Annual Ramadan project was conducted by distributing food parcels for the labours in Qatar and supplying water bottles with dates at the signals to break the fast of Ramadan month.

In 2012, Mission20 initiated a fundraising campaign in College of the North Atlantic – Qatar to support the nationwide campaign of Qatar Red Crescent for Syria. The college students, faculty and staff all showed great interest in the campaign and donated.
